Richard Barclay is a London-based Personal Trainer focusing on Strength & Conditioning and Injury Rehab.

Richard is a strong believer that enjoyment breeds success, so under his expert guidance, whether in a group class or private session, body conditioning and injury rehabilitation are experiences to look forward to. Although he was an elite-level sprinter and remains a peak performer today, Richard treats people of any age or level with equal compassion and skill – always tailoring solutions to the individual.

Richard’s sessions are fun, challenging and effective, focusing on strength, coordination, mobility and flow. It’s not all fast and furious: in fact some exercises call for slow and deliberate movement. As well as improving core strength, posture and freedom of movement, activating forgotten muscles and building general body intelligence, his training addresses the need to decrease the risk of injury as we age, and also works on reducing stress and clearing the mind.
